Hundreds of people gathered on the lawn of the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia on Thursday afternoon to watch Muhammad Ali, the three time heavyweight boxing title holder, receive the Liberty Medal from his daughter Laila Ali. The Liberty Medal was presented to Ali for his longtime role outside the ring as a fighter for humanitarian causes, civil rights and religious freedom.
