Sounds like some scary moments for the Cleveland Browns and center Cam Erving after the team’s loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
The team announced that Erving was taken to a local hospital by ambulance:

Erving, a second-year player from Florida State, was apparently struggling with some type of injury all game, according to Cleveland Plain-Dealer beat writer Mary Kay Cabot. After the game, a stretcher was brought into the Browns’ locker room, and Erving was strapped to it, his neck immobilized.
The 24-year old Erving made national headlines during the offseason when he took a wheelchair-bound young woman to her high school prom.
