Matt Moore is returning to the Giants next season.
San Francisco exercised its club option on Moore for the 2017 season, the team announced.
The lefty will make $7 million next year.
The Giants also hold club options for 2018 and 2019 at $9 and $10 million respectively.
The Orange and Black acquired Moore from Tampa Bay on Aug.1 in exchange for Matt Duffy.
Over 12 regular season starts with San Francisco, Moore went 6-5 with a 4.08 ERA.
He started Game 4 of the NLDS against the Cubs, allowing just one run, two hits and two walks while striking out 10 over eight dominant innings.
