Texas A&M crowd can rattle a pitcher with this ruthless chant

Four-pitch walks are the ultimate frustration and embarrassment for a pitcher. As TCU junior Mitchell Traver found out, a four-pitch walk goes from frustrating and embarrassing to downright nerve-wrecking for an opposing pitcher at Texas A&M's Blue Bell Park.
What causes the difference? How about a crowd in full voice anticipating another ball after that initial four-pitch walk and continuing to count them up into the next batter? Keep throwing balls, and they'll keep counting. It's a battle not to get rattled.

If you are a visiting pitcher in Blue Bell Park, you do not want to issue a Texas A&M hitter a 4-pitch walk...
Good luck not hearing that chant in your worst nightmares. Texas A&M's football fans, known as the 12th Man, are the ones with the impressive reputation, but people attending baseball games in College Station are bringing the noise, too.
The Horned Frogs did have the last laugh, though, winning the best-of-three super regional series 2-1 to advance to the College World Series in Omaha. There's no arguing that they deserve it for being able to survive that Texas A&M crowd and their ruthless chants.
