Mets manager Terry Collins was admitted to the hospital before yesterdays game in Milwaukee. He is on his way home to New York now, however, and the team has announced that he will be managing tomorrow’s Pirates-Mets game at Citi Field.
Collins is said to be feeling better. We’ve still not had a report on exactly the manner of illness he suffered, but it’s good he’s doing OK now and if he doesn’t want it to be our business, it ain’t our business.
