Teddy Bridgewater posts Instagram video of himself throwing passes again

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater went down with a freak injury before the start of the 2016 season in which he suffered a torn ACL and dislocated knee. We haven’t heard or seen much out of Bridgewater since, but a video on from his Instagram story, which is private, shows us the Vikings franchise quarterback dropping back and throwing a pass.
In a brace covering his left leg, Bridgewater seems to move pretty well before firing off a pass to a receiver.
In late February, Vikings GM Rick Spielman told reporters that there was no timetable for Bridgewater’s return, and would also not say that he was certain Bridgewater could make it back.
Spielman also wouldn’t commit to an extension with Bridgewater’s replacement, Sam Bradford. Bradford set an NFL single-season record for a starting quarterback, completing 71.6 percent of his passes in 15 starts. He had a career-best 3,877 passing yards and 20 touchdowns, against just five interceptions. It led head coach Mike Zimmer to say that Bradford had “earned the right to be the starting quarterback.”
Just a month ago, Spielman wouldn't even say he was certain Bridgewater would return. Hopefully this video means he'll be back sooner rather than later.
