Bruce Arians (AP)Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians spent Tuesday night in a San Diego-area hospital and underwent testing, but was released and re-joined his team on Wednesday, according to multiple reports.
NFL Network reported that Arians was released around 8 a.m. Pacific time, and that his condition was not considered serious.
