The Houston Astros have agreed to a four-year, $52 million deal with free agent outfielder Josh Reddick, pending a physical, sources tell Yahoo Sports.
The trade comes on the same afternoon where the Astros acquired veteran catcher Brian McCann from the New York Yankees for right-handed pitchers Albert Abreu and Jorge Guzman.
Reddick, 29, split the 2016 season between Oakland and Los Angeles where he slashed .281/.345/.405.
