The finalists for the major college football awards were announced Monday and Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson is up for every major award except for the Heisman (since that was the only major award not announced).
Winners will be announced at the annual Home Depot College Football Awards show, which will be aired from the College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta on Thursday, Dec. 8 (7 p.m. ET, ESPN).
The awards show also will recognize the Home Depot Coach of the Year, the NCFAA Contributions to College Football Award, the Disney Spirit Award, which was awarded to Pittsburgh’s James Conner, the William V. Campbell Trophy (known as the academic Heisman), the Allstate Good Works Team and the Walter Camp All-America team.
