Tony Romo leads NFL's all-time undrafted team

Many players who will watch three days of the NFL draft and not hear their name called will still go on to have fantastic pro careers. We see undrafted gems carve out a role in the NFL every year.
Some of the game's all-time greats slipped past every team multiple times and were never drafted. There are players who weren't deemed worthy of a draft pick who ended up in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
We picked our all-time undrafted team at Shutdown Corner, and the names on the list are impressive. The toughest call might have been quarterback. Kurt Warner was undrafted, and he won a Super Bowl with the St. Louis Rams and a conference championship with the Arizona Cardinals. Warren Moon was undrafted and made the Hall of Fame. Yet, I give the nod to Tony Romo, the much maligned Dallas Cowboys quarterback.
While Romo gets unfairly criticized, here are the qualified players in NFL history with a better passer rating: Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson. That’s it. Romo is third. The next three? Steve Young, Peyton Manning, Tom Brady. Romo has had a fantastic career, and he edges Moon and Warner to top this list.

There were some other tough choices, and he's the team in full:
