It's hard to decide what NFL team had the worst Monday. Because plenty of them are scrambling after devastating injury news. The Bears might be first in line. They lost a key player from the offense and defense, both for at least a month. Quarterback Jay Cutler is out for at least four weeks with a muscle tear in his groin, the team announced. The Bears got a good effort from backup quarterback Josh McCown against the Redskins after Cutler went down, but it'll be tough for the offense to stay at a high level without its starting quarterback. And the defense took a major hit too, as linebacker Lance Briggs will miss four-to-six weeks with a shoulder injury. The Rams' quarterback news was even worse. As feared, Sam Bradford has a torn ACL and is done for the season. Kellen Clemens is the only other quarterback on the roster, and he's not an enticing option. The Rams will have to sign a quarterback for depth. The loss of Bradford might make the Rams' offense one of the worst in the NFL. The Colts, Packers and Buccaneers each lost a key member of their offense on Sunday as well. Indianapolis receiver Reggie Wayne tore his ACL and is done for the season. Wayne was the most reliable and consistent target for Andrew Luck, and his loss is a huge blow for a team that has emerged as a legitimate contender in the AFC. Green Bay tight end Jermichael Finley was in intensive care after suffering a neck injury against the Browns. His playing status is obviously in question after such a brutal injury. The Packers passing game is also without receiver Randall Cobb, who has a broken fibula and could be out until December. Tampa Bay running back Doug Martin has a torn labrum in his shoulder, and that might knock him out for the rest of the season – although there are conflicting reports on whether the injury will end his season. Also add in the season-ending injury to Houston's Brian Cushing, who broke his leg on a low block from Jamaal Charles. The Texans will have a tough time replacing their dynamic linebacker. The NFL is a rough sport, and many teams will be figuring out what to do next after getting some horrible injury news on Monday.
