What Matt Forte left in his Bears locker sums up his stellar career

Matt Forte is all about symbolism, you guys.
The day after his teammates called him a "legend," the Bears running back cleaned out his locker and headed off into the sunset, unsure if he will return to Chicago again or not.
But Forte did leave one thing behind in his locker (technically three things, but, like, we're just focusing on the one that matters, OK?):
Kip Lewis
Matt Forte decided to leave 1 thing behind in his locker.
For a guy who averaged 21 touches and 106 yards per game in his Bears career (120 games), that's a pretty perfect way to go out.
Forte reiterated after Sunday's game that he would love to return to Chicago, but the Bears may opt to move forward with Jeremy Langford and Ka'Deem Carey in the backfield, letting the 30-year-old running back walk in free agency.
