According to the Baltimore Sun, Mike Wright noticed a car outside of Camden Yards with its lights flashing and a driver struggling to change a tire.

From the Sun:
“He was there trying to crank it up and he was obviously struggling,” Wright said. “I went down there and helped him jack it up, helped him loosen up a few bolts. It just took about 20 minutes.”
Wright then gave the motorist two tickets to a game.
The rookie isn’t the only Oriole to offer roadside assistance in recent years — in 2014, Chris Davis helped rescue a trapped motorist from an overturned truck on a Maryland highway.
