Jim Grobe replacing Art Briles may be the only coaching turnover Baylor has this offseason.
Grobe said Friday in his introductory press conference that he was planning to keep the remaining Baylor coaching staff intact. Briles was fired last week and the school announced Grobe would be his replacement on Monday.
Outside of two football staffers, no other (known) changes have been made to Baylor's football staff. The Pepper Hamilton investigation findings released last week referred to "individuals" within the Baylor football program.
"That was one of my main concerns coming in was that the staff could be kept together because they’re the guys that are going to keep the kids going in the right direction," Grobe said in an interview posted to Baylor's website Friday afternoon.
Grobe said he had not seen the full Pepper Hamilton report – a summary was released last week – and that he trusts "the investigation."
The press conference held Friday afternoon was a stark contrast to the flubs ex-president Ken Starr made with a television station.
By keeping the staff, Grobe said the team will not change the offense or the defensive schemes.
Baylor may also never release the full report from the Pepper Hamilton law firm about the school's handling of sexual assault allegations. Baylor's Alumni Association called for the full release Friday.

The privacy curtain was also used by the school regarding a Texas law surrounding police records.
Grobe also said the school would follow "NCAA guidelines" and preached patience when it came to National Letters of Intent for 2016 signees who have said they want to get out of their agreements with Baylor because of the scandal.
