Le'Veon Bell's April Fools' Day prank scares a few Steelers fans

Any Pittsburgh Steelers fan who didn't wake up on high alert for any April Fools' Day pranks that might be coming their way might have had a temporary heart attack on Friday morning.

Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell made an announcement on Twitter that came totally out of the blue.

OMG WHAT? Ah, some understood right away that it was April 1 and weren't falling for the bait.

Others were a little freaked out thinking the Steelers just lost their All-Pro running back.

Bell let that tweet sit on his timeline for a while without giving the "April Fools!" punchline, so he must have been enjoying the replies. But a little more than an hour after his initial post he gave in.
