Derek Jeter doesn't miss playing baseball 'at all'

For 20 years, New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter played arguably the most important position for arguably the most popular baseball franchise. During that period, Jeter won multiple championships, appeared in various commercials and was generally accepted as the face of Major League Baseball.
Now that he's retired, it would be reasonable to think Jeter might miss some of that. It doesn't appear that's the case.
Sorry, Yankees' fans, but it doesn't look like Jeter is ready for a comeback just yet.
On many levels, this makes sense. Despite being hugely popular among fans, Jeter actually kept much of his private life a secret. Well, at least as much as he could. The media was always eager to point out which celebrity he was dating, but Jeter mostly remained quiet about his personal life.
After 20 years of fans mobbing you every place you go, it's probably nice to finally experience some down time. Jeter will never be truly anonymous, of course, but it seems like time away from the game has been a good thing for him.
With baseball behind him, Jeter can now enjoy a life filled with money, supermodels and pretty much whatever he wants. When you put it that way, it's hard to believe Jeter waited this long.
